These green shades were phenomenal!īefore we do a deep-dive on the Mikayla x Glamlite palette, let's start with the essentials of what you need to know. The mattes are a little harder to work with but I’m getting used to them. They have a certain creaminess and they are super high shine. But so far I love the metallics in this palette. I have to play around with this pallet a little more to form an absolute opinion. I decided not to wear lashes so the eyeshadow really shows!
I finished applying the rest of my bad makeup!Ħ️⃣ To finish, I applied “The Best Color” again to my inner, lower lash line before applying mascara. Then I cleaned up the eye area with a cotton round and micellar water. I did add some Mac Fix+ to wet the shadow and intensify it.Ĥ️⃣ I then when in with a smaller taped blending brush with the shades “Freetown” and a bit of “Willow” (for warmth) and applied this to deepen up the outer corner and lower outer lash line to bring a pop of blue to this look.ĥ️⃣ Talking a clean large blending brush I just softly blended all the edges. I didn’t set it down with any powder, but did wait for it to get less tacky.Ģ️⃣ I took a large blending brush with “The Best Color” and starterd working it into my crease building up this amazing mint shade!ģ️⃣ I then took a flat shader brush with “Bonehead” and started to apply this gorgeous metallic to the lid. I straight up noticed how much kickback was in the matte shades so I knew to do my eyeshadow first this time!💄ġ️⃣ I began priming my eyes with Mac Paint Pot in Painterly.
